This website collects personal details only when you send the appointment request form.
What we collect
Your name, mobile number, email address, what your visit is about (for example braces or tooth pain) and your preferred evening.
Why
Only to contact you and arrange your appointment. We don't use your details for marketing and we don't sell or share them.
How it is sent
The form is delivered by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. Its own privacy policy applies to the delivery. If you'd rather not use the form, call or WhatsApp 94250 65713.
Other services on this site
- The "Finding us" section embeds Google Street View, which loads when you scroll near it. Google may set cookies when it loads.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts and page styles from the jsDelivr CDN.
- The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp. Messages you send there follow WhatsApp's terms.
